To ensure the quality management process issued by the state for construction as well as material volume and work completion according to the construction progress by the contractor submitted to the Investor and Project Management Board, the following work processes must be followed:

I. Preparation Phase:

  1. The contractor coordinates with related parties to monitor the construction progress of related parties to carry out related work, meeting the overall progress of the project.

  2. Prepare construction deployment drawings for each job, submit them to the Investor and Project Management Board for approval.

Materials and Supplies:

  1. All materials must be submitted before being brought into the project and must be in accordance with the tender or winning bid documents and the approved design documents.

  2. If there are material changes, they must be submitted to the Investor and Design Consultant for approval before being brought into the project.

  3. When bringing materials into the project for construction, approval slips will be made.

  4. Simultaneously, provide origin and certification documents of the approved materials and supplies.

  5. For imported materials and equipment, they must meet the technical requirements of the design, have a certificate of origin (CO), and a quality certificate (CQ) copy.

II. Construction Phase at the Project:

  1. Based on the approved construction deployment drawings, proceed with the actual construction at the project.

  2. The Contractor uses approved materials and equipment for construction.

A. Fire Water Supply System:

  1. Fabricate V-shaped steel to hang STK pipes, use U-clamps to fix the pipes.

  2. Install STK pipes using electric welding and threading according to standards.

    • TCVN 5873:1995: Steel welding joints

    • TCVN 7472:2005: Welding. Fusion welded joints in steel

    • Use rust-resistant welding rods 3.2 mm

  3. Install the vertical pipe into the position for cabinet mounting.

  4. Install fire extinguishing cabinets, fire hydrants, nozzles, and fire pumps.

B. Lightning Protection System:

  1. Install grounding electrodes, dig 30 cm wide, 40 cm deep trenches according to the approved design, and spread cables using U-bolts to connect the cables to the rods.

  2. After installation, check the ground resistance of the grounding electrode. If it is less than 10 ohms, the rod can be installed. If it is greater than 10 ohms, chemicals must be used or additional rods must be installed.

  3. The cable from the roof will be routed through PVC D20 protective pipes fixed with U-shaped hooks and connected to the grounding system through a ground resistance test box.

C. Fire Alarm System:

  1. Route cables to all installation locations of detectors, manual call points, sirens, and the fire alarm control panel.

  2. Measure insulation resistance and continuity of the installed wiring system.

  3. Install equipment (smoke detectors, manual call points, sirens, fire alarm control panel, etc.).

  4. Inspect the entire system and conduct a trial run of the equipment.
